1. Our Craft & Quality

Scentious is a boutique fragrance house dedicated to the art of fine perfumery.

  • Imported Ingredients: We exclusively use high-quality, Grade-A imported perfume oils to ensure superior longevity, depth, and projection.

  • Extrait de Parfum: All our fragrances are bottled at Extrait de Parfum concentration—the highest fragrance concentration in the industry.

  • Originality & Inspiration: While our scents may share olfactory profiles with iconic global fragrances, they are independent creations formulated using our signature blending techniques. Scentious is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer or luxury brands mentioned for reference.

2. Order Placement & Verification

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and stock confirmation.

  • Order Verification (Pakistan): For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a customer concierge representative may reach out via call or WhatsApp for order verification. Unverified orders may be placed on hold or canceled after 48 hours to ensure inventory efficiency.

3. Pricing & Payment Methods

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) and are subject to adjustment without prior notice.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online digital payments. All digital financial transactions are encrypted for maximum data protection.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

  • Peak & Sale Periods: During promotional sales or public holidays, delivery may take 5 to 7 working days.

  • Third-Party Logistics: While Scentious assists with order tracking and courier coordination, we are not directly liable for delays caused by external courier services or regional disruptions.

5. Product Usage & Safety

  • Our creations contain high concentrations of natural and synthetic essential fragrance oils.

  • We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.

  • Scentious is not liable for individual skin sensitivities, allergies, or reactions caused by misuse or unverified personal tolerance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding assets, website graphics, product imagery, editorial copy, and scent names on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Scentious. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal claims or disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
