1. Our Return & Exchange Guarantee

We offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. You may request a return or exchange within 5 to 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return or full refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Fill Level: The fragrance bottle must be at least 95% full.

  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original box and packaging.

  • Timeframe: The request must be initiated within 5 to 7 days from the date of parcel receipt.

2. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Discovery Sets

  • Individual Sample Vials & Testers

(Note: These trial-sized items are crafted specifically for testing and discovery purposes).

3. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
