• Concentration: All our fragrances are bottled as Extrait de Parfum, the highest concentration in the industry.
• Originality: While our scents may share olfactory families with global icons, they are independent creations formulated with our signature blending techniques. We are not affiliated with any other designer brands.

2. Order Placement & Verification

• All orders placed on our website are subject to availability.
• Pakistan Market Protocol: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a member of our concierge team may contact you via WhatsApp or call for verification. Unverified orders may be held or cancelled after 48 hours to ensure delivery efficiency.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online payment methods. All financial transactions are encrypted for your security.

4. Shipping & Handling

• Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days across Pakistan. During sale periods or holidays, please allow 5-7 working days.
